建立了一种测定烟用水基胶中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)化合物的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法。样品经水分散,以甲醇定容,涡旋振荡萃取。萃取液离心后,过有机相滤膜进行UPLC-MS/MS分析。通过增加延时柱的方法,排除色谱系统带入的PAEs干扰。结果表明:在0~5μg/m L范围内,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.994,定量下限为0.010~0.479μg/g。该方法的回收率为87.6%~106.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.8%~6.2%。将该方法与YC/T 333-2010标准方法进行对比,结果显示两种方法的检测数据不存在显著性差异。方法用于烟用水基胶中17种PAEs的测定,操作简单,稳定性好。 相似文献

研制一种对罗丹明B具有特异性识别性能的分子印迹固相萃取小柱。用沉淀聚合法制备罗丹明B分子印迹聚合物,通过静态平衡吸附实验及固相萃取实验表征其性能,并对市售辣椒样品中的罗丹明B进行测量。罗丹明B模板聚合物的吸附能力明显优于空白聚合物;印迹固相萃取小柱对罗丹明B标准溶液(0.05 mmol/L)一次性萃取率为98.24%,实际样品测量的回收率为90.0%~95.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.9%~1.7%(n=3)。罗丹明B分子印迹固相萃取小柱选择性好、萃取率高,可应用于食品、化妆品检测等相关领域。 相似文献

在金属薄板的轴向疲劳S-N曲线测试中,研究将一种侧向防弯曲夹具应用于存在压向载荷的试验。通过粘贴应变片方法测量试样的表面应力,对试样的受力情况做了定量的分析。测量结果表明试样安装防弯曲夹具后,基本消除了由压缩失稳产生的弯曲应力。且通过对不同拧紧方式的测量,表明一定的夹紧力下不对试验力产生影响。试验夹具设计成对试样中心轴线的支撑而让边缘疲劳敏感部位处在非接触状态,试样断口表明疲劳起源在这些并没有与试样接解的部位。用钛和铝两种材料的薄板在不同试验机上进行了不同寿命和频率的试验,试验结果与正应力比试验同时给出以对比,各种研究表明本试验有效解决了薄板疲劳受压时的失稳问题。 相似文献

The mechanical behaviour of the upper layers of a sandy loam soil was studied under standard triaxial compression and direct shear box tests. Variations of soil material properties were investigated at four different initial dry bulk densities of 1410, 1520, 1610 and 1670 kg/m3. Soil deformation and volume change under the triaxial compression loading were also studied at these bulk densities. Results from the two tests showed increases in the soil mechanical properties with the initial dry bulk density. The internal friction angle values measured with the triaxial compression apparatus exceeded those measured with the direct shear box. In contrast, the soil cohesion values measured with the direct shear box exceeded those measured with the triaxial compression apparatus. Under the triaxial compression test, the loose soil samples underwent contraction and volume reduction, whereas the dense samples swelled and failure cracks appeared clearly at various planes. The soil contraction for the former case characterizes the occurrence of soil compaction, whereas the cracks propagation and volume increase in the latter case characterizes the breaking up and loosening of soil during tillage operations. For the loose and moderately compacted states, the engineering Poisson's ratio increased with the axial strain until loading was completed. It also increased at the compacted and very compacted states until reaching given loading stages, after which its value started to decrease. This shifting in the engineering Poisson's ratio during loading may provide another identification of the moment of soil failure occurrence, in addition to that of the maximum shear stress. 相似文献

This paper describes the formulation of a quasi-1-D network model, referred to as the ‘bubble model’, and its application
for simulating particle transport and filtration through a granular filter bed. The model comprises a series of homogeneous
sites linked through bundles of cylindrical bonds that represent flow pathways through distributions of pores and pore throats.
This model incorporates pore scale processes of particle sieving and infiltration are based on numerical simulations described
in a companion paper. The modeling of infiltration is further refined based on detailed experimental observations and measurements
of the filtration of a dilute suspension of acrylic particles through a column of glass beads reported by Yoon et al. (2005 Water Resour. Res., to appear). Their data distinguish (a) between the collection of particles on grain surfaces and at grain-to-grain contact
points, and (b) between particles that are fully entrapped and those that are hindered (temporarily collected) and can later
become detached. These effects are represented by two parameters that characterize the probability of attachment and are linked
to the surface roughness of the grains; one that describes the minimum particle size that can be fully entrapped, and one
that describes the detachment rate. These parameters can be readily calibrated from conventional measurements of effluent
concentration and effluent particle size distribution. Detailed comparisons with the data reported by Yoon et al. show that the proposed bubble model is able to achieve reliable predictions of the spatial distribution of particles within

A method for solving problems of fracture of an infinite solid with a circular cylindrical cavity and a coaxial cylindrical crack near the surface under an uniform axial compression is proposed using a non-classical criterial approach associated with a mechanism of a local stability loss near the defect. 本文对4根H型截面钢柱进行了火灾行为的试验研究。全部火灾试验采用自行研制的火灾试验炉,试验结果表明炉子性能稳定,使用方便。试验采用足尺试验形式,柱长3300mm。钢柱轴心受压,其中两个限制轴向变形,另两个不限制轴向变形。柱两端采用单向刀口支座,允许钢柱绕强轴转动。钢柱试验中考虑荷载大小和是否限制轴向变形两个因素。通过试验,得出了钢柱在火灾下的侧向变形和轴向变形随温度变化情况。试验证明:钢柱受火时,轴向变形明显的分为膨胀阶段和压缩阶段。压缩阶段很短,一旦进入压缩阶段,钢柱很快破坏。钢柱受到的外加荷载越大,其极限温度越低。限制轴向变形的钢柱极限温度降低。试验研究为今后钢结构火灾行为研究提供了依据。 相似文献
